Our health coaching programs are designed to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by providing support, guidance, and accountability. These programs are typically personalized to meet the specific needs and preferences of each individual client. As your health coach, I will work with you to identify your goals, create action plans, and provide ongoing support and motivation to help you achieve success.
Your programs will be designed to empower you to take control of your health and make lasting changes that lead to improved well-being. Programs are approximately six to twelve weeks one-hour sessions and we will meet weekly.
Components of the programs include:

Goal setting with clients to set specific, achievable goals related to their health and wellness needs.

Behavioral change to help clients identify and change unhealthy behaviors, such as poor diet or lack of exercise, and replace them with healthier habits.

Education to provide clients with information and resources to help them make informed decisions about their health.

Emotional support and encouragement to help clients stay motivated and overcome obstacles.

Accountability to help clients track their progress towards their goals and hold them accountable for making positive changes.
